Position: Client Account Manager
Reports To: Vice President of Professional Services
Location: Major Metropolitan Areas Available
Compensation: Commensurate with level of experience
The Opportunity:
Riskonnect is an emerging growth application software provider in the global enterprise risk market and traditional risk management information systems market. The Riskonnect, Inc. Client Services organization has an immediate opening for a Client Account Manager. Responsibilities consist of supporting our clients in the use of Riskonnect products.
Responsibilities
• Manage and support accounts and ensure 100% client satisfaction and success with Riskonnect applications
• Provide prompt and complete resolution to business issues that have been escalated
• Provide timely account status reporting both to clients and management
• Develop and execute plans to address client satisfaction gaps
• Advocate client's priorities internally within Riskonnect.
• Engage with client business stakeholders to drive client success and optimization of the application use
• Proactively identify and implement application solutions and enhancements
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of client support and contribute to the knowledge base
• Establish strong relationships with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, Marketing and other internal resources as appropriateCreate, monitor and execute Data Transformation Services (DTS) and Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for the migration of data from various external data sources to SQL Server databases.
• Perform data integration troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Create database queries, indexes and stored procedures, with a high degree of complexity.
• Assist and educate business analysts on the creation of views, stored procedures and indexes.
• Contribute to establishing best practices for code efficiencies, data quality and ease of maintenance.
• Design complex physical and logical data models.
• Able to generate detailed technical documentation for database work completed
Required Skills / Experience
• 3+ Years client service experience in the risk management services area
• BBA/BS/BA Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
• Multi-lingual a plus
• Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
• Detailed, organized, and results oriented
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
• Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS)
• Experience with MS-Office products particularly Excel and Access
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
• Requires some travel
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SQL, scripting languages, HTML or XML
• Experience supporting risk management information systems
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts and environment
• Experience with business intelligence applications, such as IBM's Cognos®
• Professional development activities such as CPCU and ARM
