Reports To:             Vice President of Professional Services

Location:                 Marietta, Georgia Headquarters and Major Metropolitan Areas

Compensation:        Commensurate with level of experience

The Opportunity:
Riskonnect is an application software provider in the enterprise risk and risk management information systems markets. The Riskonnect’s Client Services organization has an immediate opening for a Client Account Manager. Responsibilities consist of managing the support of Riskonnect’s products and services to ensure maximum value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the first enterprise class RMIS and ERM products in the latest cloud computing model, as part of Professional Services team
  • Manage and support accounts and ensure 100% client satisfaction and success with Riskonnect applications
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to business issues that have been escalated
  • Provide timely account status reporting both to clients and management
  • Develop and execute plans to address client satisfaction gaps
  • Advocate client’s priorities internally within Riskonnect
  • Engage with client business stakeholders to drive client success and optimization of the application use
  • Proactively identify and implement application solutions and enhancements
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of client support and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, Marketing and other internal resources as appropriate
  • Perform data integration troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Contribute to establishing best practices for code efficiencies, data quality and ease of maintenance
  • Generate detailed technical documentation and data models

Required Skills / Experience

  • 3-10+ Years client service experience in the risk management services area
  • BBA/BS/BA Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
  • Proficiency with word processing, electronic spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS)
  • Proven track record of supporting complex, demanding clients
  • Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Detailed, organized, and results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
  • Requires some travel

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting risk management information systems
  • Experience with SQL, scripting languages, HTML or XML
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts and environment
  • Experience with business intelligence applications, such as IBM’s Cognos®
  • Professional development activities such as CPCU and ARM
  • Multi-lingual a plus
