The Opportunity:

Riskonnect, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Software Engineer based in Marietta, Georgia.

Riskonnect is an emerging growth application software provider in the global enterprise risk market and traditional risk management information systems market. This is a position focused on delivery of superior technology and service to a broad spectrum of customers. You will be responsible and held accountable for development and support of Riskonnect's cloud computing software solutions.

•  Work on the development of the first enterprise class RMIS (Risk Management Information System) and ERM  (Enterprise Risk Management) products in the latest cloud computing model.
•  Help deliver the most powerful products in the risk management sector in a high-energy software company

Responsibilities

• Working on the development of the first enterprise class RMIS and ERM products in the latest cloud computing model.
• Helping deliver the most powerful product in the risk management sector in a high-energy software start-up.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of successful completion of large software development projects.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Previous risk management or enterprise class software implementation, support and development is a plus.
• Must be able to create detailed documentation of development work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

 

Desired Skills

• Strong web development skills in HTML/XML and JavaScript.
• Relational database experience (Oracle, MS SQL, MySql, or similar).
• Knowledge and experience with Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with on-demand software or Software as a Service (SaaS).

• Force.com Platform Architecture and Design.
• Force.com Platform Development.
• Force.com Platform Administration.
• Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Services & Metadata APIs.
