Riskonnect offers a variety of services that are collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Service”. Riskonnect collects information from individuals who visit Riskonnect’s Website (“Visitors”) and individuals who are registered users of the Service (“Customers”).

We do not collect any personal information about you at our Website unless you choose to provide it to us voluntarily. If you encounter a screen or page that requests information you do not want to share with us, do not enter the information and do not proceed with that screen or page. When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Service or registering to use the Service, Riskonnect requires you to provide contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number and email address (“Required Contact Information”). Required Contact Information, Billing Information and Optional Information are referred to collectively herein as “personal information”.

If you do provide us with personal information, we will use it only for the purposes described where it is collected, as otherwise described herein or, with respect to Customers, as described in the Riskonnect Master Subscription Agreement. We will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Riskonnect, its affiliates or third party service providers including, without limitation, Salesforce.com, unless (1) you expressly authorize us to do so, (2) it is necessary to allow our trusted service providers or agents to provide services for us, (3) in order to provide the Service to you, (4) it is disclosed to entities that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other entities with whom we have joint marketing agreements (5) it is necessary in connection with a sale of Riskonnect, one of its affiliates or divisions or sale of the Website, or (6) as we are otherwise required or permitted by law.

Riskonnect is a general audience site intended only for use by users who are at least 18 years of age. Riskonnect does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

3. Use of Information Collected

The Company uses your personal information to perform the Service requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” web form, Riskonnect will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Service. We will only access the Optional Information for support purposes as part of the Service more fully described in the Riskonnect Master Subscription Agreement.

Riskonnect may also use your personal information for marketing purposes. For example, Riskonnect may use the Required Contact Information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in Riskonnect, the Service, and to send you information regarding Riskonnect, its affiliates and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.

Riskonnect uses Billing Information solely to verify the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Service. Riskonnect uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Riskonnect's behalf.

Riskonnect reserves the right to disclose personal information including, without limitation, personally identifiable information of Riskonnect's Customers or Visitors if required by law or if Riskonnect reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect Riskonnect's rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4. Use of "Cookies" or Other Data Collection Tools
