The Opportunity:

The Riskonnect, Inc. Client Services organization has an immediate opening for a Product Implementation Specialist. Responsibilities consist of implementing new customers and configuring Riskonnect products against specific client requirements.

Riskonnect is an emerging growth software vendor that develops and markets a suite of enterprise risk management applications. You will be responsible and held accountable for implementation of the entire Riskonnect risk management suite of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of the first enterprise class RMIS and ERM products in the latest cloud computing model.
• Delivering the most powerful product in the risk management sector in a high-energy software start-up.
• Breaking implementation timeframe boundaries with highly confidential "go live" methodology and strategic work platform.
• Identifying client requirements and configuring product features.
• Work closely with Data Integration group to ensure the highest possible data integrity strategies.
• Work with Development and Sales teams to enhance and validate the product roadmap.
• Work with Sales teams to aid in demonstration configurations of products .

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of successful implementations
• Must have strong customer service focus
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous risk management or enterprise class software implementation, support, and/or development.
• Must have ability to map client business requirements into workflow and approval processes.
• Manages business expectations by communicating status and issues; resolving concerns;
• Must demonstrate ability to articulate with confidence positioning to senior executives
• Experience in delivering product demos over web and in person required
• Bachelor's or related degree.
• 3+ years of software implementation experience

Technical

• Strong technical background
• Relational database experience (Oracle, MS SQL, MS Access, or similar)
• Force.com development platform background is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with on-demand software or Software as a Service (SaaS)
