The Opportunity:

The Riskonnect, Inc. Sales organization has an immediate opening for an entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive based at corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Responsibilities consist of developing and implementing field strategies to aggressively establish regional market presence and capture market share in your territory. Seeking entrepreneurial "Hunters" motivated to build their respective regional franchises, previous enterprise software sales experience required and sales management experience preferred.

Riskonnect is an emerging growth software company that develops and markets a suite of enterprise risk management software applications. You will be responsible and held accountable for marketing and selling the entire Riskonnect suite of risk management software applications. This is a Field Sales position with significant entrepreneurial and professional development opportunities, professional challenge, and reward. On target earnings consists of base salary, variable compensation, and stock options commensurate with experience and proven track record.



Responsibilities

• Business development "Hunter" for new recruitment of direct sales and channel sales opportunities.
• Enterprise solution selling to Global 2000 and regional mid-market opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Management and Field Marketing to develop and present creative business solutions to achieve large average
   deal size.
• Develop direct sales and ongoing profitable partnerships by establishing and expanding the usage of Riskonnect products in accounts.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement Field Marketing campaigns.
• Manage prospects and customers to achieve expedient purchase decisions.
• Support Vice President, Worldwide Sales in global accounts management.
• Work with Development and Product Management to enhance and validate the product roadmap.


Requirements

• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding enterprise software Quota.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous risk management or performance management software sales preferred.
• Office of Finance track record preferred.
• Must demonstrate ability to articulate with confidence positioning to senior executives and Board Directors.
• Experience in delivering executive briefings and product demos required.

• Bachelor's or related degree required, MBA preferred.
