The Opportunity:

The Riskonnect, Inc.Sales organization has immediate openings in the U.S. for entrepreneurial Senior Solution Architect based at corporate offices in Atlanta as well as in multiple geographical regions of East, North Central, Southwest, West, and Southeast. Responsibilities consist of developing and implementing pre-sales engineering field strategies to aggressively establish regional market presence and capture market share in your territory. Seeking entrepreneurial SEs motivated to team with regional sales executives to build their respective regional franchises, previous enterprise software sales and sales management experience required.

Riskonnect is an emerging growth software vendor that develops and markets a suite of enterprise risk management applications. You will be responsible and held accountable for marketing and selling the entire Riskonnect risk management suite of software solutions. This is a Field Sales position with significant entrepreneurial and professional development opportunity into SE Sales Management, Sales, Product Management, or Professional Services. On target earnings consists of salary, variable compensation, and stock options commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and delivery of (custom) product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for representing product at field events such as conferences, seminars, partner meetings, etc.
  • Laser-guided focus on building region’s franchise teamed with Regional Sales Director.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management tea
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment in response to executive level requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding enterprise software Quota as SE and SE Manager.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous risk management or performance management software pre-sales preferred.
  • Office of Finance track record preferred.
  • B.S. in Computer Science preferred.
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel.
  • Must demonstrate ability to articulate with confidence positioning to senior executives and Board Directors.
  • Experience in delivering executive briefings and product demos required.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
